Purchase price: 50 cents
Warrants: one million share purchase warrants to purchase one million shares
Warrant exercise price: 75 cents for a one-year period
Hidden placees: 25
Pro groups: Andrew Williams 50,000; Garry Henry 50,000
Finders' fees: Fort House Inc. (Dennis Wing) receives $20,000. Haywood Securities Inc. receives $5,000. Fast Marine Group (Shane Ivanco) receives $17,500. Jim Pettit receives 65,000 units with the same terms as the above private placement. Canaccord Capital Corp. receives 25,000 units with the same terms as the above private placement. Sama Enterprises Inc. (Gavin Van Burren) receives 15,000 units with the same terms as the above private placement.
