Ringbolt Ventures Cancels $21-Million Financing

Ringbolt Ventures Ltd. is cancelling the financing announced in Stockwatch on June 16, 2008, due to delays in the permitting process in the state of Utah. The company and Wellington West Capital Markets will continue to work together to achieve the company's financial and corporate goals.
