Ringbolt Names Tam And Lee To Board
Ringbolt Ventures Ltd. has made changes to the company's board of directors.
Effective Nov. 13, 2008, Simon Tam and Eunho Lee have been elected as directors of Ringbolt, replacing Jason Walsh and Barry Saxe. Mike Magrum and Derrick Strickland will continue to serve on the company's board of directors. Mr. Tam has been elected as the company's president and Eunho Lee has been elected as the interim chief financial officer.
The corporate offices of the company has moved from its current location to 595 Howe St., suite 306, Vancouver, B.C., and its new phone number is 1-604-638-7382.
The priority for the company remains its prospective potash projects in Utah and Arizona. To that end, Ringbolt has retained the services of Gavin Van Buuren as its senior manager, corporate development. Shareholders and investors are encouraged to contact Mr. Van Buuren at the company's new corporate office.
