Simon Tam, President and Director
Mr. Tam is one of the original founding directors of Namura Mineral Resources (Pty). Ltd., that holds the exclusive prospecting licenses for Xemplar Energy’s Namibian uranium assets. With over 25 years experience, he has significant experience and knowledge in financing, managing and leading the growth of public and private companies, most notably in the areas of operations, development and corporate financing. Throughout his career, he has been involved in real estate development, food and computer wholesaling, as well as actively managing resource companies since the early 1990’s. Mr. Tam joined the board of Ringbolt Ventures Ltd., as a director in 2008
Mike Magrum, P.Eng. Director, Qualified Professional
Mr. Mike Magrum is a geological engineer who has been working in uranium exploration since 1974.
He is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines and the University of Alaska.
His experience has covered most of the Proterozoic Basins in Canada. Mr. Magrum was part of the technical team which assembled JNR Resources very successful Athabasca Basin uranium land holdings.
He has a direct role in directing the corporation's technical team and the ongoing exploration programs
Derrick Strickland, Director, MBA, P.Geo. Qualified Professional
Mr. Strickland is an independent geological consultant currently on the board of several mineral exploration companies. He is a registered professional geologist of B.C. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, as well as a Master of Business Administration.
His career has spanned more than 20 years, working throughout Canada, USA, Mexico, Japan, Mongolia, and Europe.

Independent Qualified Professional
Mr. Havenstrite has over 50 years of mining experience and has managed operating mines as well as managed many exploration projects in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. During his career, he spent 15 years with Phillips Petroleum which operated in the Moab area.
Mr. Havenstrite, who is based in the Moab Utah area, is currently organizing all of the technical information on the Company’s Moab Potash property and will be an integral part of the exploration team.
